Terms & Conditions 1. Validity
Offers are made on the condition that they are accepted within
one month. I reserve the right to change the fees quoted if the
offer is not accepted within the time limit specified.
2. Work Undertaken
I undertake to implement the services, in full or in part,
contained in our proposal/contract. The proposal is an integral
part of the contract between us. The client is expected to
assist and support me in order to reach the desired outcome
faster.
3. Payment
Payment is due no later than 7, UK working days, from the date of the last
session. Where the contract duration is more than one month,
invoices will be forwarded at the end of each month for work
completed.
Payment can be made via BACS, cheque, credit card or cash (for
individuals only).
4. Cancellation
I endeavour to be as flexible as possible booking one-to-one
sessions and happy to reschedule providing clients give me 48
hours notice. Where coaching clients cannot give notice and we
cannot re-schedule, the session is charged in full.
If the client wants to terminate the coaching contract, I will
charge for any work that I have undertaken until then. The
client needs to give me 48 hours notice of the termination
before the next session or that session will be charged in full.
5. Confidentiality
Anything that is said in a coaching session is treated
confidentially and I will not pass on your contact details or
any other private information to third parties without your
permission. This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to
any information in the public domain or which the receiving
party can show was either lawfully in their possession prior to
its disclosure by the other party or acquired without the
involvement, either directly or indirectly, of the disclosing
party.
6. Additional Instructions
In case you ask me to perform additional work, you will need to
confirm your request in writing. To protect both parties to the
agreement, the fees of any further work will be agreed in
writing between you and me before carrying out new instructions.
7. Unforeseen Complications
It is possible that further work, which was not apparent when I
prepared a proposal/contract for you, will be required. If I
discover additional work is needed, I will inform you
immediately, offer my advice in the circumstances, and seek to
agree with you about what action to take. I reserve the right to
charge for the cost of any additional work. However, costs will
be agreed with you under the clause for:- ‘Additional
Instructions’.
8. Settlement of disputes
Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with
any contracts shall be determined by the appointment of a single
arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing
agreement within 14 working days, after either party has given to
the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an
arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or
a vice President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
9. Cookie Policy
You agree to the cookie policy displayed on this website,

10. Meanings to words:- You, Client Me, We, I and US.
You agree that the terms:- 'you' and
'client' means you the client or
perspective client. also you agree that the words:- 'I',
'we', 'us',
refers to
Gentle Disruption.
11. Changes
You agree that we reserve the right to amend or alter the
terms and conditions on this website and that unless in written
form between you and
Gentle Disruption, you are seen as agreeing to those amendments
that will come into effect 30 days after change. Existing
clients will be given notes of any changes no later than 30 day
before alteration to the terms and conditions, but for none
existing clients, changes will come into immediate effect.
12. Affiliation / Partnership
We do not give anyone we work with or are in contact
with the rights to say they are affiliated to us or are in
partnership with us, unless authorised to do so in writing from
Gentle Disruption.
13. Cookie and tracking Policy.
You agree to be tracked when using this website and it's
services. The site uses
Google Analytics to allow
the site owner and site developer to improve the site and for
working out site exposure, so we can better market the site on
the web, via search engines etc. Google uses cookies for
basic site statistics information gathering to do this.
The websites server also uses IP address to gather information
gathered about access requests to see pages and graphics,
including photographs, again for basic site statistics, that are
used for internal development of the site. We do not sell
